Learn from my years of experience and expertise as a sleep professional
Hi! I am Annemieke and I founded Sleep Wellness Consultancy in 2015. For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about developing myself as a healthcare professional and making the world sleep better. Also, because I myself have experienced how much impact poor sleep can have on daily life.
Back to the beginning. I have a master’s degree in Psychology and I am specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i). For several years I have been sharing holistic knowledge about sleep, nutrition, mindset and health in an enthusiastic and inspiring way. “You have to take care of yourself first before you can take care of others” is a sentence that you will certainly hear me say in one of my workshops or during individual sleep therapy.
With practical tools and a listening ear, I help people within all kinds of professional groups and through online webinars and sleep coaching on their way to a healthy night’s sleep. My goal is to let people experience control over sleep quality and sleep duration. On to a fitter and rested life!
