Instead of an interactive workshop Sleep & Vitality! of 2.5 hours rather create awareness in a short time about the importance of good sleep and opting for vitality? In the 1-hour inspiration session Sleep & Vitality! the first step is taken towards prioritizing sleep and a rested life. A month later we plan the follow-up session for deepening and sharing experiences. If necessary, employees who need more customization can register for individual online sleep therapy after the inspiration session to solve sleeping problems.

In the inspiration session ‘Sleep & Vitality!’, participants are taken into the wonderful world of sleep, the influence of lifestyle on sleep quality and vitality and the most important tips for better sleep. The follow-up session provides depth and the power of repetition. Employees are invited to keep a sleep log and share what works/doesn’t work for them.
